Application
Graphite condenser heat exchanger
Graphite heat exchanger condenser characteristics
Graphite heat exchangers are divided into block-hole type and tube-shell type. . The graphite heat exchanger has good corrosion resistance, the heat transfer surface is not easy to scale, and the heat transfer performance is good. However, graphite is brittle and has low bending and tensile strength, so it can only be used for low pressure. Even the block-hole structure with the best bearing capacity, its working pressure is generally only 0.3-0.5 MPa.
Graphite heat exchangers are costly, bulky, and infrequently used. It is mainly used for the heat transfer of corrosive media such as hydrochloric acid, sulfuric acid, acetic acid and phosphoric acid, such as condensers for acetic acid and acetic anhydride. Mainly used in chlor-alkali chemical industry, petrochemical industry, fluoride salt, titanium white, zirconium industry, chloroacetic acid, chlorinated paraffin, single crystal silicon fluoride industry and other production industries.
